POSITION FOCUS

Assist customers and ensure orderliness inside the establishment. Interact with customers in a professional manner and implement rules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that each patron is old enough to legally enter the establishment by checking each guest's identification.

Track the number of people being admitted into the establishment and the number of people who leave the establishment to

ensure that the number of people in the establishment does not exceed the maximum safe occupancy allowed by law.

Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Greet new patrons and customers leaving the establishment.

Immediately reports in writing any maintenance or housekeeping discrepancies to management.

Exhibits a professional appearance and maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides assistance to other employees and departments in order to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.

Previous experience of 3 months in a position with customer service exposure.
