Sage Restaurant Group is set to hire an accomplished Director of Brands at our corporate office located in downtown Denver and will report into our Senior Vice President of Growth & Business Development. This exciting position is perfect for someone who can be strategic in planning, brand development, and implementation for new businesses. We are looking for an individual who has CRM experience and will help us grow a collection of brands by creating brand standards and a brand voice.

Posting Overview:


This position dares to dream big. In the next 3-5+ years, Sage Restaurant Group (SRG) plans to grow a collection of brands and this role is critical to that success. Creation and implementation of brand standards, brand voice, brand initiatives and brand integrity for SRG’s hotel, restaurant, bar and coffee shop brands. Ensure the integrity of all touch points of the brand experience in the field and provide innovation and strategy around growth and changes. This position will spearhead furthering the company’s CRM strategy, oversight and growth.


  • Exhibit leadership competencies that create vision; provide direction and drives the success of SRG’s brand integrity efforts far into the future.

  • Lead strategic planning, brand development, and implementation for new businesses.

  • Create, manage and continue to update brand guides.

  • Create and implement a brand voice for each brand.

  • Implement a company CRM strategy and oversee the CRM program.

  • In concert with SVP of growth and development, develop a franchise guide and services for hotel brands.

  • Create brand compliance audits for all brands and implement audit program.

  • Exhibit managerial courage to ensure brands are compliant with all initiatives.

  • Work with the marketing team to deliver brand initiatives and messages and ensure compliance of messaging.

  • Stay well versed in brand news and remain at the forefront of industry trends.

Education/Formal Training

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.


Experience required by position is five to ten years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).

Four-year college degree or equivalent/education experience.


Office and in the field at various properties. Some travel is required.
