This role will report to the Vice President of Revenue Management as well as partnering with a variety of collaborative ownership groups that take pride in excellence and a great steward of its properties. You will lead and advise some of Sage’s top performing Directors of Revenue Management and will have your very own Revenue Analyst that will report and assist you in your success.

Must have:

  • 4+ years of Regional or Corporate level revenue management at a variety of full service, select service, lifestyle, and independent brands/hotels (strong Marriott experience preferred)

  • Proven experience achieving and exceeding revenue goals including maximization of revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space of hotels

  • Demonstrates excellent leadership skills by educating others and ensures understanding and gains buy-in of the revenue management processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management

  • Experience and a deep knowledge of involvement with hotel leadership to recommend and identify future markets, hotel opportunities, guide hotels sales strategy and pricing for transient, group, and catering

Education/Formal Training

Four year college degree from accredited university preferred.

Experience

Proven revenue management experience and knowledge of advanced revenue management techniques. Preferred previous positions: Department head at property level, Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Group Sales, Director of Catering, Director of Revenue Management, Regional Revenue Manager
