Posting Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales, brand awareness and guest traffic through a variety of channels such as: Private Dining and Event Sales, Social Media, Traditional Media, Cold Calls, Community Outreach, networking events and any other methods that are effective. The SMM will also work with our Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing and marketing consultants to develop promotions. Additional responsibilities may include dining room floor coverage as requested by the GM.

Knowledge of CRM management and customer segmentation

Working knowledge Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint

Knowledge and experience using customer segmentation to deliver integrated solutions for customers

Education/Formal Training

Four year college degree required

Experience

Combination of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, social media and guest loyalty programs

Experience in catering sales a plus.
