Situated in the Historic District of Savannah, GA, the Emporium Kitchen & Wine Market will be a part of an exciting new development that includes the Perry Lane Hotel, roof top bar, and pool. The Emporium Kitchen will offer an exceptional restaurant experience highlighting locally sourced, quality ingredients: from fresh fish to wild foraged mushrooms. The inviting space features sophisticated décor of rustic indulgence including a spacious outdoor patio. The Emporium Market will feature a wide variety of value-driven wines, house-made charcuteries, artisanal farmstead cheeses, unique condiments, special Georgia products, as well as gourmet sandwiches, grilled pizzas and to-go deli items. Restaurant Sales and Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales, brand awareness and guest traffic through a variety of channels such as: Private Dining and Event Sales, Social Media, Traditional Media, Cold Calls, Community Outreach, networking events and any other methods that are effective. The SMM will also work with our Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing and marketing consultants to develop promotions.

Knowledge of CRM management and customer segmentation
Experience leveraging customer loyalty data to deliver targeted SRG marketing programs

Knowledge and experience using customer segmentation to deliver integrated solutions for customers

Four year college degree required
Combination of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, social media and guest loyalty programs
Experience in catering sales a plus.
